Florida!

It has been quite some time since I have updated, sorry sorry! :) Life has been crazy, exciting, and busy lately, but we're loving it! In the past couple weeks we came home from Indiana, worked our little tails off, went off to Florida for some R&R and now we're back to real life!

On Thursday, when we got in, we went straight to Sarah and Phil's to help them pack and just for some family time. We'll miss having the chance to go down and see them in Florida, but YEA they'll be in Indiana with the rest of the family so that will be great! Anyways, we had a great time with Sarah and Phil, and then Nana and Papa came over on Friday and we spent that evening at their house and Saturday with them. I had never been to their home in Florida, Brad and I loved being able to relax and play some cards! It was the perfect couple of days!

Saturday evening, we went to Disney and had three days there! Saturday night we spent some time eating deliciously bad for us foods including cookies, chocoalate, and ice cream! WOOOOO! On Sunday and Monday we spent time at all four of the parks...let me just tell you, we were EXHAUSTED! Totally worth it, but exhausted. Below are some of our favorite pictures, we took tons as usual, camera happy as always!
Poor little Emily, she was so tuckered when we were packing she just dropped her little head into Nana's hand while she was standing up. She's so precious.
Back for a smile! Yay for our precious little niece! We think she looks like her daddy in this picture! (That's for you Nana!)
We love them!

With Uncle Brad's hat on!
I love her!
After she pooed all over herself I gave her a bath, and here she is in her cute little hooded towel!I had to take this twice because I apparently didn't understand what the cool part of the picture was. I'm pretty sure I have the wrong one of the two up here but I like his thumbs up.
So much fun!

At the Japanese steak house in Epcot...so fantastic!

With Rafiki (?) in Animal Kingdom. He made kissy noises while I took the picture with him..it was hilarious.
Cinderella's Castle!
So, we went exploring the resorts one day..and in the Contemporary we found a little shop with all sorts of the new Disney shows so I decided to support Hannah Montana..although Luke and I are more High School Musical fans! Right brother?

This was the Spectacle of Dancing Lights at MGM...it was amazing! These streets had I believe 3 Million lights, that statistic could be wrong, and they were all choreographed to music. So cool!
In the Canada part of Epcot.
We LOVE A Bug's Life!

These are videos from the Dancing Lights.

Now, back into the swing of life, and it is crazy busy as always. We both felt a little under the weather last week, but all healed up now. Friday night we had a birthday dinner and cookie cake with our friends for all the January birthdays! It was great! We didn't make it for the games..due to not feeling great...but it was nice to see everyone as we hadn't seen many of our friends since before Christmas.

Many praises here in life! Our schedules are FINALLY matching up! I started nights this week, and I think that we are really going to enjoy being on the same schedule! I'm also really enjoying the nights at the hospital. It is so different from the day schedule, and it can be stressful, but it's a different kinda of stressful..and I enjoy it. My preceptor is great, so between she and Donna, my day preceptor, I really feel like I am ready to go on my own, and in two weeks I will be doing so. Yay! Honestly, I had my doubts about how working nights would go, I thought it might be boring, but it is interesting, I think I am going to have time to truly learn NURSING, and that makes me so happy. Brad is still loving his job! He may temporarily be on a different schedule for awhile (haha this after just saying our schedules match now) but it will only be temporary and it will still be a night schedule, so we can make anything work!

Well that's all for now...promise to write more soon! Brad's birthday is this weekend, and next weekend we're going to Dallas to see Carl and Rosemary, so we're pretty excited! Hope all is well with everyone! Take care!!
